The BenefEx platform serves as a comprehensive benefits solution designed to enable organizations to provide enhanced perks to their employees through a curated network of exclusive providers and merchants. This platform aims to optimize the experience for employers, employees, and merchants alike by facilitating seamless access to tailored benefit offers.

Upon receiving your activation code, you can initiate your onboarding process and gain entry to an expanding merchant network featuring daily updates of new deals and exclusive offers. Completing your profile and setting your preferences ensures that you receive relevant offers aligned with your individual needs and interests.

During in-store shopping, look for the BenefEx logo displayed alongside the merchant's QR code at the entrance. Open the BenefEx app and select the “scan me” feature; the app will then direct you to the specific merchant's offers page, allowing you to browse available discounts conveniently.

After choosing an desired offer, you will be prompted to input the product or service price as indicated on the merchant’s price tag. The app will then apply the applicable discount, displaying your final payable amount and the total savings. At the point of sale, request the sales associate to enter their Sales PIN code to complete the transaction.

Additionally, users have access to detailed insights into their spending and savings patterns. The platform also features a reward system, awarding points for each transaction that can be redeemed for various gift vouchers, enhancing overall engagement and value.
